Welcome to Villas Coll, a family business dedicated to the rental of holiday villas and apartments. We are located in the picturesque village of Sant Martí d’Empúries (pronounced ‘em-poor-ee-yes’), in the area of Alt Empordà which is in the heart of the Costa Brava, a region of great natural beauty and very attractive holiday destination. All of our properties are situated very close to the sea, ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with sun and sand and also for those who want to be seduced by the history of our locality. As our guests you will deal directly with us; we aren’t available through tour operators.

Sant Martí d’Empúries

Sant Martí d’Empúries is a village in the area of the Alt Empordà (Girona) right at the heart of the Costa Brava. It is within the municipality of L’Escala and was the original nucleus of this town. It is situated 200 m. North of the archaeological site of Empúries, and was built around the remains of Palaiàpolis. It became one of the first colonies of the Phocaean colony (575 B.C.), when it was known as Emporion. According to the 2009 census, Sant Martí has 61 inhabitants, however there are only 15 people resident all year round! + info

Villas

Villas Coll, the biggest offer of properties in Sant Martí d’Empúries. Our 14 villas are situated 75 m. North of the village, just outside its medieval walls and just by the sea. All of them are conditioned and equipped to cater for up to 6-8 people.

They are all based around a large communal garden area with a central swimming pool and sunbathing area. For the security of our guests, the grounds are completely surrounded by a wall, which separates us from the lane. In addition, the pool is surrounded by a wooden boundary to contain the splashes! There is also a communal barbecue area and a playground.
