The Total Price for renting a property will be that property’s price plus an additional €200 deposit in all cases.

Total Price = Price to rent the property + €200

This Total Price to be paid in two parts:

• The first payment to reserve your chosen property. This is 20% of the total rental price. The money must be deposited in our bank account within 15 days of our payment request. This payment will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled (see point 10, terms & conditions).

• The second payment will be the outstanding 80% balance on the first day of the rental period, when you receive the keys. This must be made in cash, as we do not accept credit card payments.

Important: The return of the €200 deposit will be on the last day of your rental period. This will not be refunded if you have not kept within the conditions of rental (see Point 9, terms & conditions).
