Terms & Conditions

1- To rent one of our properties is subject to the acceptance of the conditions printed below to all intents and purposes.

2- The minimum rent period for a house or apartment is one week, except for the months of July and August, in which two-week rent periods are given preferential treatment.

3- The maximum permitted number of guests in each house is 6 people, 4 people in each of the apartments and 8 people at La Palmera 5. If the permitted number were exceeded in any case, that would be considered a bridge of the present conditions and the deposit for the rent will be fully charged (point 9).

4- Rent weeks start always on a Saturday and finish on a Saturday. The time of entry into any of the houses or apartments is after 17:00h on the first rent day. For those customers arriving late due to time flights, the latest time of entry is before 24:00h, previous notice given. Properties will be left before 10:00h in the morning on the last rent day. Disregard for the leaving time will be considered a bridge of the present conditions and the deposit for the rent will be fully charged (point 9).

5- The rent price of any one of our properties includes water, electrical and gas bills. It also includes the rent of a set of bed sheets for each bed and the corresponding bedspread. If the weather turns cold, blankets and a gas heater will be provided.

6- The rent price for one of our properties does not include bath towels or beach towels. It includes neither kitchen cloths nor cleaning products.

7- The house or apartment must be left in the same conditions of cleanliness and tidiness as found on the first day of arrival. Leaving the property dirty, untidy or with rubbish to be disposed of, will be considered a bridge of the conditions and the deposit for the rent will be fully charged (point 9).

8- The Reception will be open for a few hours every morning, except for Sundays. We request customers to check for likely requirements such as exchanging of gas cylinders, or any other matters.

9- In order to enter into the properties, it is mandatory to have paid in a deposit of 200 Є. This deposit will be refunded to customers when leaving. The deposit will not be refunded if:

  • The maximum number of guests permitted per house or apartment is exceeded (point 3).
  • The requested time for leaving the property is disregarded (point 4).
  • If the property is left dirty, untidy or with rubbish to be disposed of (point 7).
  • If any damage is caused to the property or furniture or any of the equipment belonging to the property.
  • If the control remote devices for the satellite dish or for the TV set are damaged or lost.

10- If the Reservation is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, then the 20% of the total, paid at the time of booking, will not be refunded.

11- The direction cannot accept any liability for any change related to your holiday arrangements, that is to say, in case of illness, accident o any other matters. Nor it is liable for any thefts that may be perpetrated upon any of the houses or apartments during your stay. Customers are advised to take an insurance policy to cover for any events of illness, accident, loss of cash money and theft of personal belongings.
